Papiermühlengasse Urban Block

The design is rooted in the urban planning principle of urban blocks, forming the backbone of the city's layout. At our competition site, this principle is enhanced by creating a prominent corner entrance while allowing for open spaces for plazas. 

The program distribution at the groundfloor focuses on both users and visitors, offering a mix of retail and gastronomy. The landscape and open spaces, guide the users through a space sequence of the main entrance and into the inner courtyard. The courtyard serves as a vibrant and serene green space away from the bustling train station adjecent.
